Some time ago I made these full protein oatmeal pancakes because I was on the light and exercise wave and taking a few pounds off myself. The truth is that I needed it haha I was round as a boliqueso. These pancakes are super good and here is the recipe that, as always, you can adapt to your taste.
Ingredients to prepare oatmeal pancakes
• 2 eggs
• 200 ml of skim milk or almond milk
• 8 tablespoons of rolled oats
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
• 2 sachets of stevia / splenda
• 1 scoop of whey protein
Preparation of oatmeal pancakes
Simpler impossible! First, for those who are not familiar with whey protein, it is the protein powder that is mostly used by those who are in training. This powder is not essential to make these pancakes, that is, if you don’t have it, don’t put it in and now, that day I added it because I still had a little left in the pantry. You can replace it with a tablespoon of almond flour, which here is the link how this flour is made … it is what remains when we make almond milk, or whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour.
Ok .. We blend all the ingredients. We heat a non-stick frying pan with just a little oil spread with a napkin so much so that they do not burn or spray oil and add half a tablespoon of soup with the mixture to the pan. We let it cook and when we see that some holes are forming, it will mean that it is ready to turn. We cook for another minute on the other side. It is important to turn them just at that moment so that they do not fall apart, they are somewhat delicate when they are not yet cooked. Turn around and go! They are suuuper rich Guaranteed!
