Ingredients for the Meat Milanesa:
- 4 steaks
- 1 egg
- 8 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Preparation of the Meat to the Milanesa:
You beat the egg together with the salt, pepper and garlic powder, soak the steaks in the mixture. Then run the steak through the Parmesan cheese, and then through the breadcrumbs. Fries and voila!
