A delicious chicken strogonoff type with sweet moztard but that does not make you fat: D Take note:
Ingredients for the Chicken with light sweet mustard (makes for 2 people)
• 1/2 chicken breast
• 1/2 small cup of skim milk
• 2 tablespoons mustard …
• 1/2 teaspoon stevia / splenda / other sweetener
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 pinch of curry
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Preparation Ingredients for the Chicken with light sweet mustard:
Chop the breast (without skin) into 2 cm pieces. We heat the pan or add the olive oil and the crushed garlic, the salt and the pepper.
We cook until golden brown.
Now the trick that gives it the flavor: In a small cup add the skim milk to fill half a cup, add the mustard, the sweetener, the pinch of curry a little more pepper and mix with a small spoon and add this light sauce to the chicken when it is golden. Cook for 2 more minutes and voila!
Note: you can make a little more of this sauce to add it as is without cooking over the steamed vegetables. Delicious and without calories. What do you think? They will tell me 🙂
